  Design: We have well equiped design department with experienced designers. The products are developed with the following guiding principles:

  • Selection of reliable, proven & quality brands of bought-out e.g. Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical & Electronic items.
  • Use of state of the art technology for automation, flexibility to cover wide product ranges, to reduce downtime, manpower, energy cost and to enhance productivity at users end.
  • Continuious upgradation of design on customer / site feedback.

  Manufacturing:

  • All incoming materials are subjected to strict in house inspection including chemical analysis and other tests as per material specifications.
  • Manufacturing is carried out as per established methods as detailed in process cards for individual components.
  • Stage inspection is carried out after every operation on 100% jobs. Subsequent operation cannot commence unless previous operation is cleared by inspection.
  • Dimensional record of all-important components are maintained, each component is marked for identification & tracability.
  • Heat treatment, surface treatment, painting is carried out as per defined norms and MOI standards.

  Assembly & Testing:

  • Each and every equipment is fully assembled in shop.
  • Testing, dry runs & trials with products are carried out as per design parameters.
  • Testing / trials is carried by Q.C. Department and can be witnessed by customers at assembly shop. Machine certificate and trial / test report is prepared for each machine.
  • Illustrated parts catalogues, operation & maintenance manuals are supplied along with each machine.

  Commissioning & After Sales Service:

  • Company has a team of knowledgeable and experienced service engineers who supervise erection & commissioning at site.
  • Free service is provided during warranty.
  • Even after warranty, prompt service is ensured with spares parts back up.
